All returns/exchanges may require pre-approval with a written return authorization by one of our representatives.
In most instances, we instill a 60-day warranty that will cover product defects. We may require pictures or product be returned so that we can ensure we capture any issues accordingly.

On occasion you may have a Licking Stick that is not being used. When that occurs, it would be best to try a new branch, change the location and put a fresh coating of AllSeason Scent™ on the new branch.

We have found that the spring action of the branch has multiple purposes. First, it seems to intrigue the deer to engage with the branch. Often the encounter can be pretty vigorous, so the spring also helps to reduce the risk of the branch breaking or snapping in half.

It is best if you can store at < 77 degrees Fahrenheit and out of the direct sun light.

The AllSeason Scent™ is composed of all natural scents and there is no expiration date.
